Ok so most of the bikes I do have a sale deadline or build off deadline and a crazy small budget
And thats ok but this build has none of that crap its a bike for me and this one I'm building from the cases out! I bought a set of kickonly xs1 cases and I'm build'n a rephase hot rod motor with all the upgrades
I look'n for a 1983 heritage special titled frame /neck/ roller or whole bike To put it in Cuz I was born in 83 and I think that would be cool there is no budget or time frame so this one will be updated as I get stuff done here and there

Awesome. I bought an '83 cuz the price was right. I'm debating whether to go kick only or use a (small) battery and keep the ignition....I really don't know what to do at this point. I like the simplicity of kick only and a cap but why buy an '83 and not use the ignition? (I'm sure there's a good answer, I just don't know it).
I ask this cuz I'm fairly new to bikes and the only bike I had was ignition and I didn't mind it. I also don't mind kicking....
I laced it up with some new, stainless spokes and a 21" front, 18" rear....found a really nice guy to glue up a Monstercraftsman hardtail, lowered the forks, like the stance, and now I'm kinda stuck.
Bought a PMA from Hugh...

Looking forward to some ideas through your build (and might be interested in your clutch setup)....

Thats cool IP.
Oh by the way You have 24 hours to correct the title from when it was posted.
So Ya got till 9 tonight to fix it if Ya want to.

I just want to use a 83 cuz its the year I was born is all, ive just had enough bad stock crap that im only use'n pamco or points from now on. That and theres no way to put a bitch switchand on the 1970 cases there's no hole or mount for a starter im planing on do'n alot of upgrades and the stock stuff just wont do...lol. I got a few build threads on here check them out for ideas and just let me know on ur footclutch set up

lucky... The place I work at wont let me do my own thing. We have two Whitney 3400's, (plasma cut) Two cnc mills, Up to date hydro press brake, tig , mig, paintbooth.
I know liability is the concern, but Realy?! C'mon. I just need the tig for a few minutes during my lunch....nope.
Is the intake mani gonna come straight out ? or off to the side?

That KZ came out sick. I was planning to use a Amal carb for my 2 into 1 setup but decided to go with a Mikuni VM36 Round slide for the availability and support.

Look forward to see what you come up with.
