As you can see I can easily take 3/4" out of each side for a 1.5" narrower tree.

are you making super narrow trees for the lower and uppers? Id like to press in a stock neck. a rake would be a plus too. have a web site also looking to buy some mids.

Yup, I will make some narrow trees. At least a set for Phail and one or two more, depending on demand. And Using the stock stem is always best, and cheaper. I don't have a lathe capable of making a stem, so I would have to source that out. Ill probably end up buying a stem, using it in the first build, and kind of doing an exchange after that, also to keep costs down.

I should have a design rendered by Tuesday, and posted up here on the site.

A raked set would be pretty difficult, and much more expensive. There is a lot of design time involved and larger material sizes to accommodate for the angle differences.

yeah i figured as much. just a cool option if it were something you were into. Depending on how soon they'd be ready to ship im in for a set for sure. As far as the stem goes, you could have to buyer source that or as at least as an option. I figured i could take a stock neck pulled from the stock lower and then press it into the set you build and then weld it up. ill be here tuesday to check it out. thanks for the response.

I haven't looked too closely at the lower triple tree. Can the stem be pushed out?

yeah grind it down and then press it out. So you'll need a press. If you dont have one i can press it out for you if you want to ship it out. Or maybe he has one and will do a core exchange? but it would probably make sense to do a harey size stem, i think some sportsters were also 35mm. Cant wait to see his design

Ive got a design nearly done on the narrow trees. With the recent increase in demand, I have pushed up the run date to late next week.

I want a census on whether or not to use the original stem, or want a new one made????
The stem alone wil probably run near $100 additional...So keep that in mind.

either way/ plug and play might be easier for most. that way you can sell to harley riders and save some xs parts. match the dna springer neck since that info is out there.
excited!!
