Hell yes i would. Dads buddy use to have one. Will try to dig up some pics.

I don't know if the 10.35 / 145 is fast for that bike but;
a stock ZX14 in a 2006 magazine test 1/4 mile: 9.783 seconds, 147.04 mph

in 97 last time i was in sturgis a lot of guys were riding the then newish boss hoss v8 bikes. the boss hoss company was there and giving free test rides also. you just had to sign a release and lay down your major credit card to cover damage if any and i think stay with the group of test riders and a company guy during the ride. i refrained on the grounds that kind of torque can be addictive causeing me to spend mucho dinero building a new bike.

there was even a super hott dark complected gal with cornrow hairdo and a 2ft long custom bowie knife riding one around our camp ground.

Yea, there was no traction at almost any point in the pass. No cooling for the engine I imagine. Short pass stuff. No hot lapping, plenty of cool down time. Very slick!

Imagine the rush he got the first time he did that. :yikes:

the boss hoss bike had radiators for cooling and could be rode on the hiway.

the early v8 bikes prob did not have a cooling system as they were only rode for a few seconds at a time.at the drag strip.does that make sense?
