Always two sides to every story boys. FFMARX failed to tell you that he ordered his custom tooled wallet in Mid-February but didn't mail his custom liner until a month later after I text him on several occasions telling him I needed it before proceeding. In between his order being placed and getting the liner I had to fulfill close to a hundred orders. Keep in mind each piece I make is handmade from start to finish by hand…no sewing machines or die cutters. My failure here is that I didn't work him in to the mix earlier. We spoke and I told him his wallet was up next and should be completed in a few days which he replied "cool, can't wait". A few days later he claimed to have ran into money troubles and needed a refund. To which I replied that its a custom piece with a piece of artwork that his friend drew for him with a custom liner that I could not resell. After being harassed I told him that I would like to refund his money and still send him the wallet but that my money is still invested in materials and equipment and that I didn't have it. My goal is to build the business for my three sons since a pastors salary doesn't leave much room for extra green. I pride myself on quality craftsmanship so I have had to close my site to sales in order to keep up with the success that I did not expect. FFMARX regardless of any rebuttal you post I will make no further comments regarding this situation. I wish this would have ended better and I hope despite how this appears you are able to enjoy your wallet.

I would say offering a partial refund AND shipping a finished product is pretty good business. When dealing with a small, one man company that is said persons side job, custom work can take a while. You will likely learn that again in the future. I just hope you don't throw a fit and harass that future person like this, it is not in good taste. I have seen people spend hundreds of dollars for items they have NEVER received handle themself better than this. Perhaps if you handled yourself better, Champco would have addressed any issues you had but attempting to drag his name thru the dirt so aggressively will not lend well to having favors done.

Stick with stock bikes and store bought stuff if this is how you treat small businesses that do one off custom work.

We ALL work HARD for our money, I have lost money on a sale as well(not this forum).

Cut your losses, be glad it's not thousands you lost.

For the record, no one lost money on this sale. His wallet is complete, just not fast enough apparently.

I know bud, but it seems he DOESN'T!! All this fast food and fast delivery crap is getting the small businesses down, everyone wants their shit yesterday.

Don't let this one idiot get you down, it happens.

Funny thing about it still haven't received it!! And its missing the words ( el Toro ) that was in the email with the custom pictures!! We talked and now you won't answer me about shipping and you agreed to refund part of my money!!! VERY POOR BUISNESS
All I'm saying be careful.....

If you are going to come on here and make claims against a vendor then the least you could do is provide the documentation to backup what you are saying. Otherwise, you are just clogging up this thread with BS.

One complaint one answer have been left in this thread, the rest have been removed.

I can personally vouch for Kelley, and though we've never met, consider him a friend. I met him through a wallet order. You don't become friends with vendors unless you had a great experience with them and their product. I've worn his wallet everyday since Christmas and it's barely broken in, plus the custom artwork exceeded my expectations. Buy with confidence.

What D said. Kelley is one of the greatest friends and nicest people I've ever met. It's not in him to do someone wrong. Disregard the posts from this dip shit. Kelley is a very talented/successful businessman.

Funny how one rotten apple spoils the pie, eh! don't let it happen!!

Also notice he has not replied to any of the responses. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!

Basically everything Diesel said, Kelley is a good dude that makes amazing products and is my internet hommie. Below is my hardtail and the upfront that he just made for my old man.

There was alot of miscommunication between kelly ans myself. Wasn't replying because i have better things to do with my time than watch xs650 forums. Just for the record kelly and i came to terms and its all worked out. One lesson i think we both learned from this is talk on the phone not text.. Thanks kelly
