GREAT DIFFICULTY TIMING the BIKE - HELP!

The vibration has taught me a lesson - good connections, so I'm ordering new switches and wires and connections and getting into some soldering.

Test ride this afternoon, the vibration even disconnected more wires. Voltmeter showed battery suddenly stopped charging - here we go with th esoldering iron.

Anyone recommend any switches that are resistant to vibration or ingress of water (corrosion) that causes these intermittent shorts?
