Trying to install my new pwk's from mikes xs and can't work out what hose goes where. I have read all the posts on the forum about the pwk's but the ones I got are different to the one's in previous posts. Here are some pics.

The 2 hoses running vertical on the headside of the carb.... What are these, where do they go?
The red capped port, I'm assuming that is fuel line in from petcock?
There is also one you can't see in the pics coming off the bottom of the fuel bowl I'm guessing that is the fuel bowl overflow?
They have also revised the carb boots from the ones that would crack and also the 2 into one throttle cable

I don't have those carbies so i can't help.
But if you send those pix with the questions to Mikes they will ask there tech guy and get back to you.
When I needed to know something about a part that I bought from them I just sent them an email and they sent me a answer each time
Just a thought Good luck Man

Well I don't have those carbs but your guesses seem right, drop a float bowl and you should be able to see what they do.

Going from 2-stroke dirt bike carb experience:
Red cappped is fuel in.
The two vertical are vents to atmosphere.
Float bowl is the bowl drain.

If you remove the bowls you should see exactly what 3Deuces says.

Vents for the bowls and the red cap to the inlet needle.

Nice looking carbs, hope they work.

The two pink are breather and over flow. The red cap is fuel in. I hope you have better luck with those carbs than I did. Not easy to set both together and one set I had were so tight that the only way bike would start was full throttle open. Other guys on here have had good luck with them. First generation of them rusted up fast and turned colors. Not high on my list of carbs for a XS street bike but a great race carb. They are on the same basic of the LECTRONS very simple carb and when they are right good performance.

Awesome thanks heaps guys, now I can hook them up. Just waiting on a pma from hugh's to arrive any day now and I can get it running. Will keep you up to date on this post as to how these carbs go.
