I'm looking for it also Lester----thanks tim

I'll see what I can do in the next couple weeks for you guys. I have a couple custom leather card holder orders to tend to first. I'll do my best.

While you wait you can post pictures of the from mag all speed holed with the use of the first template

I know for some that these holes look nice, but it would be nice to know how much a weight loss this is, asa weight loss for the rims would lessen the gyroscopic weight of the bike and make the bike feel and handle better. Any weight numbers ?

Sorry guys, I've changes jobs and no longer do CAD work. Nobody sent me any stickers either.... lol
else will have to cook up a template for the rear 15" mag.

Cheers
Lester

Hey Carb,

Winter is coming as they say on G.O.T. so I will be knocking on some leather real soon.
Got some cool tools for sheet metal I will be messing around with to. Maybe I'll do a snow dance tomorrow....LOL.
How all is well with you and yours Carb.

Lester

as requested, rear 3 hole pattern for disc wheels is attached here. just open the pdf and print on 8.5x11 paper. make sure you don't have any funny stretch/skew/fit to page settings on in your print properties that would make it not print 1:1. for reference the overall height should be 4".

I really like what you did with the drilled holes.I'm liking the tire selection on your bike.I have the same year XS and would like to know what tires and size you have there. Thanks man

When I drilled mine, I beveled the edges of the holes and polished same to prevent cracks from getting started. I would have a difficult time believing the rims are weakened measurably.
