That's wildly different, I like the overall vibe. But maybe there is a little too much space under the tank.

I did have it changed around for about a week tho. I put the tank on that will eventually stay on, just to see how it looked. Its a 1970 ducati tank, painted it candy red. I bent my own seat pan up, graffitti'd all over it and slapped it on. Let me tell you about uncomfortable! But I couldn't take looking at that chopped off back end with shocks. So until I can afford to hardtail it, back to the cafe racer...
What do you think about this tank randomtone?

My project so far. Bought it not running in the spring. Put a pamco system on it and it fired right up. Have to sort out a few more small things. Finish it up for the spring!

Converting my bobber to a brat this winter. Just installed a visual impact kit and fabricated a faux oil tank to hide the electronics. Finished the fender struts and made mounts for 04 sporty tank.

Latest version. Everything is damn near new in this engine now. Just gotta sort my rich overlap from 140 mains and 37.5 pilots. Cdn needles and needle jets will hopefully solve it now. durn murican bs34 and non adjustable needles!

far from stock, but stock look 74txa.

This has been my daily rider for ten years or so. I really enjoy this bike.

I guess I've put 11-12,000 miles on it. The riding season is short and sketchy in northern Minnesota - so saying 'daily rider' is a bit misleading. :) It has a little over 32,000 total miles.

This is a sneak preview of the mystery bike...I have a 72 tank also for this. tank shown is from a 81 xs400
