Here in the "Evil Empire State", you wouldn't believe the flaming hoops you have to jump through to legitimize a bike without a title. By the time they get done putting you through thier red tape grinder, it'll have been the most expensive parts bike you ever found. If it's cheap enough ($50.00, really?) you're better off buying the bike and hope you can find a wreck with a title, with a neck that fits and transplant the titled neck onto the cheap parts bike. The problem is finding that titled neck...
