Make Offer - 1976 XS650C-not running, complete bike with motor problem

I have a complete 1976 XS650C not running. There is a problem with the motor and really dont know what is wrong with it. At this point I am done with it and need to get it out of my garage. Seat is perfect, tank is good, been repainted, tires were almost new before stopped running. Rims were rethreaded about 6 mos before it stopped running too. There is also another frame and motor and a litany of other parts that came off the 2nd bike that I had planned to use as a parts bike. I need to get all of this out of my garage.
