Brand new sealed bearings
Brand new seals
Brand new stainless steel spokes
Brand new 21" DOT approved hoop

All laced up and ready to go. Just mount a tire and you're good to go. This is a stock hub, so your axle, spacers, speedometer, and brake setup (single or dual disc) will work.
