WACO SHOOTING

"Unless you been in one of these clubs or hung around them you will never know HOW THINGS WORK" why don't you enlighten us so we all know.

Oh he was a bad guy and a unarmed bad guy so he deserves to be shot in the back running in the opposite direction. Now their is a guy who really makes you fear for your life. I told you to stop and you didn't so now I have the right to shoot you in the back? I can't believe anyone is ok with shooting a guy in the back. Its probably a good things some people aren't armed.
jefft

Dude you must live in a BUBBLE and in the town you live must be crime free. Plus like I said if you were never in a club or around them you will never know. You think because you have a badge and a gun you can make it right. The cop who shot the guy in the back made a wrong choice and has to suffer the out come. The 9 guys who were killed may have be there to fight but did they get shot by cops or not. That's the question. People who got out of jail seem to all tell the same story about automatic fire and a lot of it. HMMMM I think those bad motorcycle guys had automatic rifles attached to there bikes.. Come on GUY you are making yourself look out of touch with the real world and I think you are a better man than that. BAD choices at both shootings and it will come out .
Have a nice day

No not out of touch , I don't agree with the shooting ether and he will get his punishment. As far as the clubs . We had the Grim Reapers here in the 70", most finally went to jail or moved on. As far as club's never needed them, always ran by myself or with a couple other friends. Don't make runs to rallys as I find there are to many people there. Never needed the approval of others. Or had to be in a group to be somebody.
Stop sticking up for the bad guys, I have no time for those that rob, rape or murder.. But according to you we should just let them go, maybe they will turn themselves in , because you don't want the cop involved.

Maybe some day step out of that bubble and smell the roses. Its a really nice world out here and everyone not a BAD GUY that rides a HARLEY. I don't dislike cops some just take the badge TOO far and they get in the NEWS! I am not a young kid 63 years old did everything I wanted to do and have no regrets. But I live outside of the bubble and enjoy the company of others. Owned a Honda dealership three chopper shops and two Tattoo shops so I dealt with all kinds of people and LOVED IT.....

I keep hearing about how the bad cops shot the defenseless bikers. For starters, there was at least one automatic weapon found inside the restaurant, and over 300 other various weapons. I think it's important to remember that the "guilty by association" rule still, (and will always) apply to these situations. If you don't want to be considered a "Bad Biker", don't hang around with other "Bad Bikers", otherwise, this is what can happen. http://www.khou.com/story/news/local/2015/05/20/arsenal-of-weapons-found-hidden-in-twin-peaks-restaurant/27686227/

It was a CoC meeting in an open carry state, of course there were weapons.
It was held at a popular ride destination. I go to rallies every summer where there is a heavy 1% presence and I don't expect to be arrested or killed for having dinner in the same restaurant. Just think about it for a minute.

PS - Almost all of the weapons found were perfectly legal (and normal) to carry.

I have thought about it for three weeks, and I agree that there are cops who are just out of control. I also think that you would agree that an A-K 47 doesn't quite fall under the "Approved" concealed hand gun laws. Just saying.

DDD...I am not sure but I think you are in the bubble.. As whole my life has been gooood! I have a good life, wife and everything I need. A few real close friends and met many through racing and my business. . So I do not live in your so called bubble because I don't belong to a club or and ex 1% like you.
But the world as a whole is messed up, or are we just fight in other countries because we have nothing better to do or are we making money doing. Are the riots the streets for nothing? No one respect authority , me 1st attitude, Road rage, people wanting to blow us up. The are in my bubble , lucky for you they are not in yours.
Also why did you have to signal out Harley, I have seen lately that there are more bikers with attitudes on sport bikes then Harleys lately. But maybe because they are younger , as we were once. I rode a 84 sotftail (moris mag, ev27 cam, branch head, one kick bike for 18 years. 2004 guild for some more years and sold to start a business to pay for my racing. The people I have been lucky enough to deal with over the years in my business were great all but 4 of them. Pretty good percentage and for sure no complaints in that world.

HAHA!!!!!
There was a hand gun found on the ground outside. Where did that biker hide his AK on his sissybar. Knives-flash lights-brass knuckles are not classified as DEADLY weapons and yes there was a lot of them. Its just a shame that all those DUMB ASS bikers that got out of jail are criminals because they ride in a club and 4 of them told news people same story . So I guess they all met up inside JAIL and came up with the same story. POP POP POP three or four small weapon fire then automatic rifle fire and everyone ran. 9 DEAD....... we will never know.:banghead:

HAHA?????

One hand gun found outside, but 300 knives, chains, clubs and guns found inside. There were also 80 or so cars and trucks impounded that day that I assume were owned by the folks who were arrested. It wouldn't be too hard to carry a rifle in one of those vehicles.

Dude you are a very angry person just by the statements you just made . OVERSEAS/RIOTS/ ROAD RAGE....... You just proved you live in a bubble If all that bothers you. LIVE LIFE and INJOY.

Who shot who in Waco biker bloodbath? Mystery as witnesses say semi-automatic guns favored by POLICE did most of the shooting in contested accounts of battle
Nine died and 18 were injured in Waco, Texas, shootout on May 17
Witnesses to the gunfight say that semi-automatic fire dominated
Police carry semi-automatics and were involved in firefight
Only one semi-automatic fun has been identified from biker's 318 weapons
Waco police responded to implication that they fired most - saying witnesses had 'incorrect' account of events

@ Phil240, Thanks for posting.

@ DaddyG, Before you build that pedestal too high, remember "they" are 1%'ers.
And they like to be BAD.

@ hooser, This monkey on your back is growing. You keep coming to the well.
Or said another way. After proclaiming you are done, through, finished the stick is still being dipped to stir the pot.
Good on ya for having an opinion.
Congrats on the good life.
Kudos on the good wife. (The little bride and I toasted/celebrated 43 years last weekend and I believe we are in a minority).
BUT while I've never been charged let alone convicted, I have been cuffed and stuffed for "my protection in the situation" on more than one occasion.
Who knows, maybe it did save my life.

Government, attorney general, police, (legal system). Aren't we referring to the same gang? Look I'm just saying the government makes money on a lot of things that was once considered illegal activity until they found that they could make a buck by legalizing, taxing and regulating it. Those now legal activities are still seen as immoral by many.

I look at all of the difficulties that people have with alcohol and, personally, think our society would be better off without alcohol. However, I will have a beer and have no problem and the majority of people have no problems with alcohol or are not interested in consuming alcohol. We saw just how well prohibiting alcohol worked. If anything, it made the country more lawless and created the framework for a lot of criminal activity in the future.

I personally wonder about the advisability of creating legal marijuana in the country considering the effects it can have on people while also realizing that there are benefits from the use of marijuana.

The people have asked for both of these substances to be legal. In some states and counties, there are very strong controls on the where and when of alcohol consumption and purchase. Other places are pretty loose. Alcohol is legal and controlled (or not controlled) because the people want it that way. Marijuana is legal in far fewer places than alcohol and many places are not interested in having legal pot. Marijuana for recreational use has recently been approved here in Washington State. No mechanism was put in place to guarantee the quality of the marijuana sold and, when purchasing pot, you really don't know what it is you are buying except the say so of the person selling. The people have also asked for reasonable controls to be placed on both alcohol and marijuana to protect society and the consumer.
