David bird

As someone who just ordered one through Lowbrow, that is pretty accurate.
It is worth the wait for sure
 
Dead on. I can't say enough good things about David's work or customer service. I've ordered 5 of them and they've always been about a month and perfection when they arrive.

I ordered one in July through Lowbrow and it was 4 weeks to arrive.
 
When i ordered mine i got it a little faster i think. Maybe by a week or so, i just remember being suprised. Well worth the wait though. Frame fit was awesome... welds are 100%.

The only think i didnt/dont like about the bird frames are the triangle youre supposed to use on the chain stay connection point. I ended up fabbing a crosstube and lugged the chain stays a little difference. But thats just me...
 
I can't wait to get mine, got the straight style with 2 inches of drop and 4 inches of stretch. It's been a week since I've ordered. Can't wait to really get going on this build. Thanks for your responses guys, good to know I ordered a kick butt ass end
 
Love my DB looped hard tail. Got mine in about five weeks through Lowbrow. Love the quality and the welds are perfect(wish I could TIG that good). But I did encounter one problem. The right side loop was about 3/8" shorter than the left loop. Not a real bad problem, but made for an interesting time getting everything straight. I expect problems like this when I fab my own parts, but jig welded/made parts shouldn't be that far off IMO.
