Is it already welded together? Or is it still in progress? Price shipped?

This Morning Picked up all my bikes and parcels from the Container service at Botany Bay here in Sydney.
Opening your parcel here now have found that the battery box is missing two items the top relay and the rectifier .
The box has not been opened by anybody else and still sealed as it left you by USPS mail to my importers in California.
I purchased this item as shown on EBay and the XS650 com site showing this item as a complete battery box .
I require all these items for a XS650D that I purchased from the USA that had a battery melt down from sitting for 35 years in a guy’s cellar.
These electrical items were badly damaged by battery acid.
If you had shown the battery tray as bare I would not have purchased it as it did not have the items I required.
You did not state in the ad on EBay or XS650 Com Sites that these items were excluded from the sale, it was shown as a complete item for sale.
I require these items that are missing as this bike is just sitting in the workshop waiting for these parts to complete the rebuild.
Remember I’m in Australia so I have to try and procure these parts again new from the USA, wasted time and money.
Every Yamaha XS650 parts and Bikes I have purchased from other XS650Com members and off EBay has arrived perfect and exactly as described.
John you cannot sell something and send only half of the item, doesn’t work that way.
Please let me know what is going on as this has really put me out at getting this bike back on the road.

That's a tough situation...his pic does show the other items on the battery box. I've bought a lot of stuff from here and other sites. Not trying to say this is your fault, but from my experience you gotta ask these questions before purchasing. You can never assume all is included, even if the pics show it a certain way. Hopefully dude can help you out here....always ask about every detail before you buy. I've found out the hard way a time or two.

Interacts, let me know if he doesn't follow through with sending you the remaining parts. I have these parts sitting in a bin not being used off a 78 special. I don't need them and would give them to you if you cover shipping. Having troubles uploading pics but can send them if interested.
