trouble with j and p cycle

Hi has anyone been having trouble. With jp cycle shipping out parts that have already bin paid for. Ordered three parts. One came. The other two? Calls have gotten me (Tomorrow,Tomorrow.) Now the order number is no good. Still no good answer on the parts or my MONEY. Are they having money trouble???????? Hope to here back from someone. Thanks Barry

It is the rush time of the year for buying and selling parts, but my brother in law is waiting for tires from JP that were stated as shipped, the delivery date has come and gone. When he checked into it he found out that the parts have not been shipped by the place that they were to be drop shipped from. Someone is not telling customers about back orders, either JP or their suppliers who actually do the shipping.

They have 4 warehouses and I have got parts early from one and two weeks from other . Depends on where you live

i ordered tires from them about a month back and no issues here

21 inch tube for my front tire 6 weeks.. They should tell you out of stock when you order like bitwell does..
