okay so ive got the pwk carbs. Was wondering where i can get smaller needle jet and if anyone knew what the stock size is for the pwk(32)

The problem im having is my bike runs to rich. If i snap the throttle open from idle it almost stalls out so im going to buy main jets and wanted to get needle jets as well to try and diagnose the issues. Im also thinking theres a chance it might be the throttle valve but im going to try that last. If nothing works ill have to buy new carbs over the winter.
Im talking about the needle jet not the jet needle that runs from the top of the carb into the venturi

Nope. There's one size of NJ for each size of carb body in the PWKs and PWK clones. That's why what you have are 28 mm. carbies bored out to 32 mm. in a halfassed effort to lean 'em out enough for the 4-stroke applications for which they were emphatically not designed.

There's a long and well written thread on those carbs by mrriggs, one of the handful of guys here who really know how to tune. Read it, believe it, then either resign yourself to suffering or buy a pair of decent carburetors.
