Hello all! This serves as my August update! I had some personal stuff I won't bore you with come up, plus I've got some parts (some of them custom made) I've been waiting on for quite a long time. Because of this, it is unlikely I will finish my build for this year's chopoff.
However, just in case I can pull out a miracle, I will continue to plug away on this build until the very last possible moment.
And I also still plan to attend the event... and you should too. One of the door prizes is a custom made solo seat by me with up to a $500 value. If you come to the party, you'll have a chance to win.
So here's where I sit:
My custom aluminum tank is all tacked up and ready to weld:

And I'm one of only 3 people to have one of the sets of finned covers that Figure8 and Wannaberidin made happen... for those of you who missed out, get in touch with these guys. I think they need a minimum of 10 orders paid in advance to do another run. Be cool like me, buy a set.
