1972 XS2 XS650 chopper for sale. everything on this bike is new, and the build was just recently completed. time to let her go and onto the next build. heres a list of what the bike consists of. once again, EVERYTHING on the bike is new.
FRAME:
-titled 72 XS2 frame
-front half stock with a 0" stretch, 3" drop david bird hard tail
-custom neck gusset
-modified highs top motor mounts
-mount for coil hidden in gas tanks tunnel
-shaved everything that doesn't serve a purpose, blended mounts. (seat spring perches, exhaust mount, neck gusset,etc)
-shaved steering lock hole
-shaved and polished stainless hardware used everywhere possible
-gloss black powder coat
FRONT END:
-shaved and chromed 39mm narrow glide trees
-new 2" under tubes
-burley 2" lowering kit
-chrome plated lowbrow customs tapered lowers
-chrome plated lowbrow customs shrouds
-chrome plated custom riserless apes
-chrome doherty style clutch lever with chrome single cable throttle
-stainless axel
-21" chrome ball spool wheel
-avon speedmaster tire
REAR END:
-chrome plated aluminum 00-03 sportster hub with sealed bearings laced to a 19" rim with buchannans stainless spokes/nipples
-19x4.00 Duro tire
-32T alloy sprocket
-gold 530 o-ring chain
-polished stainless disc
-polished stainless fab-kevin caliper bracket
-polished stainless brake anchor rod with heim joints
-tokico 4 piston caliper
-spiegler stainless brake line

TINS:
-lowbrow customs deep tunnel p-nut tank
-ribbed rear fender
-fender has tube welded in the rib to securely run the taillight wires
-hand made electrics container. houses fuse block, agm battery, key and light switch
ENGINE:
-72 XS2 650cc
-polished drilled sprocket cover
-rippled alt. cover
-polished and shaved clutch cover
-tach delete cap
-kick only
-Hughs PMA
-handmade ignition system
-single, dual outlet coil
-76-77 BS38 carbs
-uni-foam filters
-single breather set up with 1 way valve
-every fastener replaced with polished stainless
-1.5" custom exhaust with rippled middle sections
MISC:
-the bike has 4 fuses which are located in the electronics housing. the seat lifts up and give access to a hinged door on top of housing to get to the fuse panel and battery.
-all wires are ran through the frame
- brake light is active all the time (with headlight/taillight light off), and the headlight/ taillight are on a toggle switch next to the keyed ign. switch
-there is a small leather pouch i made in front of the front engine mounts that i use to keep fuses, glasses, reg. papers, etc. and has a matching leather mudflap on the fender.
