Aussies: where do you put the rego sticker?

hi, i,ve got a 1976 xs650 and the rear no.plate is just below the light,, my rego goes in a plastic thing you can buy for regs.. and i,ve bolted it on the top bolt holding the tailight and it sits just beneath the seat hope that helps you regards oldbiker
Ditto the numberplate but have heard that they (sticker) will be going soon.
In the early days we had to have a front metal numberplate and mine was mounted right in front of speedo/tacho and I still have the scars to prove it.

How about something like this home made plate?
I bolted mine to the bottom of the number plate, in a plastic holder so it couldn't drop down either in front or behind the number plate, WA dosn't issue rego's ant more so you never know if the bike is liscensed or not.
