One color (black), one image, yeah, make it simple, short runs but repeatable , low inventory. I need two or three mediums.

Tadd, I don't own the screen or photo. Daniel Peirce has been kind enough to let us use the photo for our shirts and said we could again. Just waiting to hear from the screen printer now. If they still have the specs for the shirts and artwork, this could be a quick process.

I realize you don't own the photo, but where is the screen? Certainly, you had to pay to have it made for the other printings?

I'll second that thank you for Travis.
I've got a white T shirt with a big green pot leaf on it that I carry in my GoldWing saddlebag, I've been looking for someone to give it to. :smoke: I won't ever wear it.

Scott does it have a 650 on the leaf?

Tadd, There are actually 7 screens for that print, but I don't think the screen printer kept them since we haven't done shirts since 2012. I didn't pay directly for the screens because the charge is built into the price tiers based on how many shirts you buy. But even if I owned and had the screens I would ask for permission for another run of shirts because when I ask I only ask for the specific run, and it seems like the right thing to do.

Hi Scott,
why ever not?
I remember my 17 year old eldest boy being sent home from school for wearing a Tee shirt that said
"Beer, it's not just for breakfast any more"
And when I was in school you had to have a term's worth of perfect attendance to get a day off, dammit!
If you are too dignified to wear it, offer it as a door prize at your next motorcycle club meeting.
Or if it's an XL send it North, I'd wear it, I'd even pay the postage.

I've never really liked the sleeves on the Gildan Ultra Cotton shirts we've had in the past. What do you guys think? This is the Ultra Cotton:

This is what the screen printer says has been very popular:
large_N6210_43_z.jpg

It's 60% combed ring-spun cotton and 40% polyester. Next Level N6210. Not as heavy as a shirt and tighter sleeves. A couple dollars more expensive but apparently the quality is good and very comfortable.

Screen printing has gone up a little bit since 5 years ago. I've got a few different quotes and they're all pretty close. It is what it is I guess.

Because I'll buy more than one 4X if it helps clear out your stock.

I'm making sure they can get the 4X for whatever shirts I order. It will be a presale so you only need to order what you want. But I appreciate your offer/concern.

How large do they go?

They come in 4X. I'll order one in my size to see how the sizing compares to the Gildan Ultra Cotton shirts. Not saying that'll help you, but it's better than nothing.

FWIW, I like the look of the Ultra Cotton( top photo)
The bottom shirt looks to be more fitted, not always a good look for us geezers with an expanded waistline. Haha
But what ever you decide , I'm in. If you go with the more fitted shirts, I'll just go up one size.
Thanks for your efforts Travis

I personally like a relaxed fit on t-shirts...like the Gildan and also the collar looks better.
My 2c...

Just a thought...Won't the screening be more prone to cracking on a "stretchy" shirt?

Maybe I shouldn't stretch them...;)
