Much to my surprise,, first kick and it hit right on.
Idles fast though, I think the slides are open too far or it needs re-jetted.
The Power Dynamo unit made immediate power for the lighting and did not waver.
I ran out of time this evening to try and get the idle down,,but now that it runs I will definitely
be more anxious to spend time with her.
How would I post a video here?
 
I had the throttle cable too short,, explains the high rpms. Need to replace it with another from Hoos,,
On another note,,
The LEFT cylinder has an intermittent backfire with small blue flame coming out of the exhaust,,
Jetting,,valve adjustment,,timing? I'm using the PowerDynamo for ignition and lights.

Left cylinder's unfired fuel mix is being ignited during overlap by the 'wasted' spark. Could be sync imbalance, or improper fuel/air ratio...

I had a feeling that is what it was but needed to ask,,
So close now I can taste the bugs between my teeth,, lol
I might even make my planned trip to Laconia, New Hampshire this year,, (I hope)
