I have been trying to place an order with Heiden Tuning for a few days now without sucess.
I can place the items in the basket but there is no option anywhere to pay for them . In fact I have searched the whole site and I cannot find any reference anywhere to placing an order or payment process.?

A few hours later my basket is empty and I have to laboriously wade through pages and pages of stuff to make up my shopping list which comprises some 9 or 10 items. I'm getting very p****d off having to do that I can tell you. its not the easiest or friendliest of sites.

i have emailed them yesterday but no response yet. It seems they are only open 3x half days a week anyway ?

I have registered for an account which is verified and has all gone through fine but will it let me buy anything ...no:rolleyes:

they have changed their web page from last time I bought from them , just logged on but found had to reregister , did a test run of ordering right up to confirm and pay and all went through ok ,being a relatively new web page might still have a couple of glitchs (might be why your cart disappeared) kind of remember its this time of yr they close down for a while for racing but not 100% sure

thanks for trying that flea. I think it might be something wrong with my account registration or something.
I'll try again in the morning .If I have no luck ,hopefully someone will get back to me next week so that I can order .
cheers buddy

I have tried to contact them, page dont get sent.

damn damn damn :( you too ! thats bad news
I really need a front camchain guide and a top end rebuild kit .

maybe they have a facebook page :)

I was at the shop in November. Bought some stuff. Everything looked normal. Their new website is a bit glitchy. Wouldn't surprise me if their contact form is a dead link so try a direct email.
When I was chatting they told me if you want something you could order via email and request a PayPal transfer. info@ heidentuning.com And yes i think they are only open a couple of days a week so response might not be straight away.

they do have a fb page, went there and followed through on their email address , new web page , tried google to normal heidens tuning went to new web site.. noticed big difference is 25 euro handling for international orders (ie postage up to 5 kgs) BUT bill also wanted tax , which up to now wasn't applicable to outside the eu , maybe be best to email them to ask

When I bought a few parts from them 6 months ago, I went to Paypal, searched for their email or business name there and sent the money across. Parts turned up a few weeks later. No problem. Their website says about something doing that but the english does not make sense.

strewth ...what a way to run a Business ...shakes head

they do have a fb page, went there and followed through on their email address ,k

linky would be useful if you have one ;)

Hi peanut, I had some trouble with my account as well. When you register, you have to confirm you account first. After that you can login to the site but....NOT with the username you chose, but strangly enough with your email address...That worked for me.
And indeed, Heiden Tuning is only open a few days a week. I've had no trouble in ordering parts. With the new website I even got a confirmation of my ordering and an email when things were shipped, at least that's an improvement. I think the website is still in the startup fase and needs to be tweaked. But if you are still having problems, give him a ring through 'contact us' on his website. There's also a contact form.

that is exactly what I did too. I registered then after some confusion realised that they wanted your email address as your ID name although there is nothing anywhere on their site to say so. I clicked on the email link they sent and then filled my basket.

There is no option on their site to actually purchase your basket. !
There is nothing anywhere that says shop or payment or purchase

I have emailed them already ,as stated in my previous posts but I'm just repeating myself......

I just tried to purchase something without making an account, choosing UK and using PayPal. When I 'confirm purchase' it goes to PayPal. Did you try ordering without an account? That seem to work though. But I admit the site doesn't work flawless...

blimey that seems to work .
I don't think I have the patience at the moment to spend another 10 minutes laboriously wading through the very difficult to navigate Heiden web pages for all of the items I wish to order only to see the whole lot disappear again in a puff of ether.
I'll try again tomorrow if they don't respond to my email.
thanks for your help anyway its much appreciated

That's a bummer, I have always had free shipping to Australia when my order is over 150 Euro.:(
yep had the same deal before, paid list price which included the tax but he made up with it with free shipping , not sure who got the better deal , maybe still the same had to email first to say outside of eu to get the same deal, any order I had was over 150 because of what I was chasing

Hi Peanut,
I know it's a really old-fashioned methodology but have you tried writing them a letter and mailing it to their street address?
