Should there be a time when both the points are open at the same time ? And I don’t know how to Cam supposed to look does that look good to you guys

Yes, there will be times when both points sets are open at the same time. Each set of points will close for a short time during every engine revolution, for about 90° or 1/4 of that revolution. Your points cam looks fine.
 
Thanks man ya it was back Firing and popping in the carbs all over the place and barely wanting to run I spun the whole entire assembly to the left a quarter of an inch in the thing runs amazing now I don’t have a timing light or anything I’m just going off of when it will start to run i need to get one
 
Yes, you do need to get a timing light. Correct timing is critical on these if you want it to run as well as possible. There's also the possibility of holing a piston if you run the timing too far advanced.

got one wasn't very far off the right cylinder is spot on but my other one is like on the tdc mark and i cant rotate the points anymore
