Have started to educate myself about these carbs, They are off another roller/wreck I bought.

Unfortunately the PO has given them some abuse.

I'm trying to keep the cost minimal as in the future I may sell them and buy some from Mike Morse.

I just want to try to get bike running on these old ones.

Did the lemon juice boil. Will patch a small hole in diaphragm.

Here's the list of damage.

1-Bowl mount fractured on one screw and another screw hole stripped.
I'm guessing a small nut JB welded on the opposite side to tighten?? Welding??

2- Retaining collar on that Jet in the Bowl, one is stripped although the screw still seems to stay in place.
I'm planning to leave it as is.Or go one size up on thread size.

3. One main jet gouged up by screwdriver.
I may buy a couple of mains.

4 The T-Pipe, will try to cut some new slots and fit O Rings as per a previous Fix before I buy a replacement.

5-needle retaining plate in slide, one of the phillips head screw is rounded, very cant get it out without totally F###ing it. Just leave it.

6-After the boil, a small metal O ring/Seat fell out. It is concave on one side.
???? Where is that from.
