It looks like a (badly) modified David Bird loop hardtail kit from Lowbrow Customs, but it's missing the gussets usually found at the connection between the kit and existing frame. The angle iron looks like the P.O. was trying to do the work without a frame jig, which would explain the botched rake job. It's tacked up without any fish mouths on the tubing at the neck. And I don't have any idea about the other piece of tubing sticking out of the side of the neck... Maybe you, or someone, can do something with the 'tail and your other frame. Good luck with it... :umm:

Hi! I'm a truck driver, go on I-5 all the time. Seattle Spokane LA, So I'd be interested in that front frame half. Deal$? :)
