Storm a coming

I'm far enough inland I wont have any wind damage but the impending rain has caused the cancelation of my 1st car and bike show at my work place annual Crab Feast this Friday. :(All youin the stroms path be safe and God bless you.

Reporting from Ellerbe, NC. About 145 miles west of Wilmington. As of right now we’re supposed to start seeing the first signs of Florence tomorrow afternoon around 4pm. Praying this storm takes it easy on our small town but I’m preparing for the worse. Stay safe brothers this storm is no joke.

My neice and her family from Jacksonville NC. came up to PA. to escape the hurricane. They stayed at my sisters house, Angel my neices husband is a Marine Combat speciallist Sargent, based at Camp Leguime. He left yesterday to report for duty this morning. I have not heard how there house faired thru the storm. The rements from Florance are coming over Northern MD and southern PA ( were I live) today and tomorrow, we've have had 3 weeks of almost constant rain already so we're expecting floods.

Just saw the sun for the first time in 4 days.. Happy to report I’m still alive and breathing but unfortunaltly my home has 2ft of standing water on the first floor. Praying for everybody affected by this storm. I know there are thousands of people across NC that have no home to go back to. Just wish I bought flood insurance. On the bright side of things, I checked on my 650 that I locked away in a friends storage bunker when it started. Almost shed a tear when I opened it up to find her dry and just like I left her thank you lord. I’m 22 years old and I’ve never seen a storm like this come thru my town and hope to never again. I still pray all you guys across the Carolinas are in a safe place wherever you may be. Please be greatful for the things you have today.. for they can be gone tomorrow. Be safe brothers and god bless.
