110/90-18 is the nearest metric-designated tire to 400-18. A fatter but just about the same OD 120/60-18 may also fit.
As will anything smaller but most likely that's not the direction you want to go in, eh?

Tx Fred, contacted Mikes and they said check with Buchanans'...Buchanans' has a 40 hole for [ drum roll ] $222.00 plus an extra $2.60 for each additional dimpled hole [ i need 48 total ] . Tx again.
