For Sale - XS650 finned cover

Did you sell these yet ?
Already sell 1 set to the US and 40 set locally but I think "the standard of quality" Indonesia will be not same with the state.

I think the pics are pretty accurate then.
Thank you Gary... still improve the finishing touch for this cover, hope I can sell the cover with rational price and great quality... progress until now for the cover :

to be honest the process of production still use casting not cnc machinery... I can use cnc but the price will be so expensive for the cover :)

Improvement for sure! I think the look of cast covers is cool. But like you say quality needs to keep improving. More pics inside and out!
The flange and o-ring groove need to turned on a good lathe. Lathe fixture would be pretty simple probably could do it all in one operation with one tool, two at the most to get the o-ring groove cut

Shit, I’ll bite.

One man’s opinion - that pricing is absurd considering they’re cast out of God knows what kinda pot metal, not machined, and likely don’t even come close to stock fitment in terms of precision. If the picture from December 2018 is representative of what you’re still selling, I want some of whatever kinda mushrooms you’re on :)

In all seriousness, I think your product has potential - but still needs significant refinement. What’s the benchmark you’re using for price? I’ve never been accused of spending my hard-earnes money responsibly for hobby stuff like moto parts, but if your benchmark is these machined covers for sale on eBay, you’re way off.

First, they’re CNC machined - not cast - out of a known-quantity alloy, hard to say if fitment is up to snuff but I’d be surprised if they were off at all given the time and attention clearly given to product development.

Just take a look and compare this to what you’re selling at the SAME price. For my money, I’d never choose yours in their current state over these. I don’t meant to be harsh, but this is just unrealistic.
