Need Help with Tuning Frustrations

You are a tough mofo my friend, that aint no summer breeze you're riding in! Reminds me of my younger days growing up in the N.W.
Just got home and temp-wired up a functioning TCI unit that Gary sent me. It was too late to properly test ride but I did start the bike in the garage and after it was warmed up was able to slowly bring rpm's up w/o any stumbling. I'll need to fully test ride under load to confirm but it looks like we've sniffed out the problem.
Also, tested the diodes on the old unit. All four diodes test 0.58V (forward bias) and OL/open circuit (rev. bias) so I'm not sure where the issue is on the circuit board.
