I suppose once you set your stall out the engine would be on the bench ready for surgery within two hours.
I have a TX750 that has a weeping rocker cover, again the engine has to come out to do this. I’m reluctant to remove the engine just for this, I’ll put up with the dribble for now.
I’m lucky really that the XS doesn’t need any work, 34,000mls and still sounds nice, if the speedo is to be believed.
Last time I changed the oil no evidence of detritus in it, touch wood.
