Not to my knowledge. I,got them from Niche Cycle , set up "close" for XS 650
Unlike most vendors, Niche Cycle Supply gives a complete jet list for their application-specific kits, and the list for their VM34s prejetted for the XS650 looks good. Don't know if they rejet with genuine Mikuni brass or cheap Chiwanese Brand X stuff (they sell both and are very clear on which is which), but an email to them would probably get a response.
