She should of hid the van keys

Gary, that Radian is cleaning up really nice.
It fits Allison, I think you’ve got a winner there!

As you well know that swingarm is like hens teeth!

Hey RD hows that Kawi one thouwie treating you?
Enjoying the wrenchin. New l&r switchgear. New clutch plates. Lots of wiring repairs. Very hard to find a good decent priced rear grab bar for a LTD. Bought this one but it has way more gap behind seat than it should. Must have been a early mistake?

It's a goner, Allison claimed it as hers!
Anyone looking for a "Period Piece"?
Note the Radian is not a shaker like the XS, just has the typical inline 4 high RPM buzz and the fuse holders failed at the crimps. My take is it was poor tooling on forming the bends, not enough radius on the jig. Out of 16 bends on 8 clips about 3 failed easily yet several took serious pliers work to snap off.

You are very fortunate to have a life partner who wants a motorcycle. Any motorcycle.
Heck, I'm having trouble finding a woman who even tolerates them !

On that adventure rider site, a young woman did a blog on her trip to Alaska from Virginia. She was inexperienced and made the trip alone. She got some help along the way from people on the forum. IIRC, she bought her bike for $2,000. It was a 600 cc Radian. She made it!

Gaining on it, front tire came in today. I have a new rear tire also. The one on there is "good" but has a 2006 build date.
Got a used clutch cable freed up, but will install the new one I ordered, likely I gotta open the clutch will try just springs first but it slips pretty easy and neutral is kinda hard to find so might need to do plates.

And old enough for a Wisconsin collector plate!
Started looking for a small angular fairing that will match the lines.

I followed that trip on ADV Rider ! I've been telling friends about it ever since, and some don't believe she did it.
I had forgotten what bike she rode. Nice to "connect the dots"...:)

The Radian is looking better and better in each photo.
If you lived in Central New York, I'd make you an offer on it.
