Rural mail trucks out here, could be left-side or right-side drive, could be driving on the left or right side of the road, or just weaving everywhere. Best to avoid or slow down around those things, like they're a school bus unloading a crowd of kids...

Just completed a "shakedown" trip on my FJR. 3,441 miles, eight states. I'm ready for the VYR but need to figure out the best way to get both bikes up there.

The FJR is a pretty good weapon for this work. I had great weather for every day except a morning from Wichita to Little Rock. That was like riding in a big, black, wet cloud. Met a lot of really nice people along the way.

There will be no shirt sale at the rally. You buy one now. You'll get it at the rally. The sale ends the last day of August. We won't print extras. Capisce?

We have some VYR hats. The quantity is limited. If you want one, you'll have to find me at the rally. If I still have some on Friday afternoon, Nancy will have them at the registration desk.

If they create a lot of chatter, we may have a few more made.

Yepper, like the hat too! Reservation all set, shirts ordered, gonna do an oil change tomorrow an the ol’ XS is ready to growl! My riding buddy will be coming too,he’ll be riding a 2001 Honda Shadow A.C.E., don’t give him to hard of a time,lol, but it is a nice bike! Should be up there Thursday evening,looking forward to a great weekend! See y’all there! HHHHHHOOOOOOWWWWWWLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!
