Besides hover'n over eBay... I follow Proxibid… this site list everything.... avoid Proxibid….. don't even look it up. I placed a bid on a one owner 71' M/Guzzi Ambo.... Wixton bags and fare'n… runs... estate sale.... placed a on line bid....Dang.... grab the trailer... I got a 3 hr trip up north to get my $1600.oo Guzzi. That's not go'n to happen flea bay. Couple days ago.... "..oooh, pair of Cushman's.. ".. I already got a nice 62'...so I placed a bid..... was surprised I got one of them. It was a ten hour one way drive to Hicksville, Ohio (yup, real town) and the 58' Cushman was in really great shape. Of course the round trip... dodge'n tornados… feed'n the Illinois and Indiana tollbooth systems (Grrrrrr)…. I made it a point to cruise through Chicago at midnight...
Got home.. scooter hasn't ran in 2 years.. but it took me and a buddy twenty minutes and it was a runner. Front tire wouldn't stay up and the headlight doesn't work. I've made other purchases on Proxibid… care must be taken.. check the auction fees.. sometimes it's 18-22 percent.
