What have you done to your XS today?

My .5 OS pistons are out for delivery but, we are leaving for vacation Thurs morning. Nutz.
Later today...
I just missed my mailman's at the box and he left the "Missed Delivery" notice on my door. His next stop was at the school near me and just fast walked over. She saw me and I gave her the notice and she had me sign it and I got my pistons. Yeah! This was about 3:45pm local. Of course I had to check them out. Yup, 2 new .5 mm OS pistons with rod pins and clips and sets of rings. With a page of Japanese newspaper sports page for spacer. Too bad I gotta wait about 2 weeks before I can do anything with them.

Stock Special headers cut just aft of the frame mount, some 1 3/8" ID to slip over the inner pipe, some 1 1/2" ID to go over that for the kick up to attach too and then the Commando's on. Sacrificd the passenger pegs to mount the muffs. Plenty of clearance, Clarence, for axle and lower shock bolt access. Kick ups from Dime City. I swear you can hear each cylinder fire back and forth.....'course that's with a half helmet on......

I’m really digging that aggressive look! Nice!

nj1639 - Hi, Nice look to the exhaust.
A bit hard to see in the shadows, but if that is a 750 tank, did you modify the 650 seat pan? If seat is aftermarket, where from?

Hey lakeview,
Yep, xs750 knee dent tank. The stock seat pan is modified for clearance, I removed about two inches of metal from the front and the same for the seat foam. Also trimmed the seat foam down from the topside about an inch and a half, coming in from the sides and angled up toward the middle and then leveled the resulting peak in the middle. Aftermarket Saddleman cover.

Like those folks in Ontario(I think) had a load of $$$ deposited into their account, they spent it and got arrested!!
Yeah yeah… :(

You don’t know what it was like under the nutty Wynne gov’t. Those buggers were into everything!

Oops - no politics....

Sorry...my bad.

Good grief! Good thing they didn’t strip off the siding or something.

Yes they’re supposed to be doing the roof of the house four down from me.

You shoulda let them give you a new roof before speaking up...

After my grandparents had passed, their house set vacant for a bit. During that time, some company did actually strip and install a new roof on their house by mistake. The roofing company got to eat that one. I imagine someone's boss was not very happy.
