What model???????

This has been on my somewhat local Craigslist for awhile. I can't figure what model, is it the infamous short lived 750??? Thanks for any input, as usual I am looking for a winter project. Just finished the following CL 77 that is living with me permanently now.

It's an XS500 (earlier models were TX500). It has an internal balancer and is the companion of the omni-phase balanced TX750 twin, but the engines are quite different. It had only one balancer, while as I recall, the 750 had at least two. Not exactly a desirable model in my opinion.

BTW, that's a beautifully brought back Honda.

Yes, that's a 500. Not good for much, I've stripped 3 for parts so far, lol. The general items like the turn signals, headlight chrome ring, and switch gear are the same or very similar to 650 ones. Seat/helmet lock is the same. Pretty steep asking price, I only paid $25 for the last one I got, lol.
