Does anyone by any chance have one of these heads tucked away on your shelf ? Would like to get some
pictures of the intake port or possibly take a mold of the port. I know it's a lot to ask . Came on 256 motors, ports are different from 447 motor.

These are some reference photos from my XS2 head, that I took when I was disassembling it for rebuild. If it helps any. It’s a 256 motor.

I appreciate it but the XS1 are different, the floor at the short turn is flat with the corners cut down,bowel and roof are also shaped different. Those photos are excellent,what did you use?
I had two in my hands at one time but didn't have a digital camera for photos. The casting in those ports are the best I've seen in along time besides the XS1

My trusty old IPhone 6. Haha! That phone is so old now, it’s obsolete, Apple doesn’t issue updates for it anymore, but it sure has a good camera. To take those photos I shined a very bright little LED flashlight in there, while I snapped the photos. Sorry they didn’t help you any.

72B5D741-9F49-4977-B84C-D9B23A06D835.jpeg F5C57B40-B09E-46B1-9974-BD59A89AF891.jpeg From a XS1b. Yes the bottom of the port is flat at the short turn. That is a flashlight shining up through the valve opening, sorry the photos aren’t that great. Maybe tomorrow I can do better.
 
yes those are it, hopefully you can snap some better images. With some guide and boss work, those intake ports flow "Really Good" over later versions.
 
First six are the right, last six are the left.
