Sun was out in full force and I was sick of sitting down so saddled up and took off. Was 10 degrees Celsius but who cares. Had to stop at this small church parking lot off the old highway to warm up but still got 75 kms in! Wish it would stay warmer for another couple months but not the case here in Atlantic Canada :(.

This is the only motorcycle shop near me. Clark works on old Harleys. I mean OLD. The place is full of panheads. Do you weld? no Paint? no Vapor blast? no Unfortunately, he's got nothing for me. If I buy a '97 Road King, he won't help with that, either. Too new. Too bad. Cool shop. Real nice guy.

Yes, we settled in Mississippi in March. I'm making the best of it. It's probably the cheapest place in the country to live. The history is interesting and I'm interested. The weather is mostly unpleasant. If you enjoy fine dining, good whisky, and craft beer, forget it! Motorcyclists seem to be few. There are things here that I like. The hill country is very pretty. I like Vicksburg. Given the chance to return to North Georgia, I don't need even one second to consider it!

Wow that looks like a great event! The vintage scene is sorely lacking here in Az. Although I did pass a Norton the other day when I was out riding, I was almost too shocked to wave! :laugh2:
