It was on the back page of Full Throttle Magazine. Insurance ad “Bike donated by Watson Custom Cycles Fla”360AD924-7DC2-4A2D-B12E-797F187A6183.jpegA71BA0B5-662D-497C-A13E-5BF15E823A63.jpeg

That’s a cool looking little bike! No kickstand? It looks super low.
Thanks! Yes it is. The first issue, kickstand. Haha it was so low it hit the ramps while loading and unloading and the return spring broke. Guess what kind of kickstand? Looks like a 70’s KZ650. Like I’ve mentioned before, my favorite!

View attachment 193724 My recent purchase. 2018 Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black. Three plus yrs old and had 4 miles on it. 1200cc 520lbs 6 speed. Gets around awesome. Light, agile, handles well….Only complaint, about 90 miles per tank.

Very nice! Beautiful bike, congratulations!

One of each of them. The Honda twins I bought non-running with the intention of having the wife learn to ride. Each time I got the bike running and found out she was pregnant and the bike got sold. Still have the Triumph, and until I got it I really missed the CB650. I'd had it for 8 years and sold it to buy some parts for my Pontiac. The F4i I had for three years and sold it for what I paid for it, so it wasn't exactly wasted money but the bike just never resonated with me.

OK Nash - we know that you're a young lad, so I'll keep this simple:
  • Birth control = stop buying those little Honda twins.
If you bought something else - say.....another XS650 or a Kawi triple or heck, even a BMW, there would be no more pregnancies to mess up your motorcycle budget and you could teach SWMBO how to ride. See - easy-peasy!

....just trying to be helpful. ;)

Nice bikes! Is that James Dean?
Thanks, I'll have to look and see if I have some pics of the bonny when it was painted and finished. No, thats me when I was a young wild guy with all his hair. ;) I don't have to many pics of other bikes I've had, didn't have smart phones and I was to busy causing trouble on them to bother taking pictures of them.

I know! I do not have a single photo of any of the bikes I owned in the 70’s. Yeah I’d love to see any more photos of the Triumph if you find them.
