I thought about that. There was one for a good price here on the forum and there are 7 listed on E-Bait now But I`m not really considering it too seriously. I`ve looked for the conversion bearings for several years now and no luck. A well braced TX750 swing arm seem`s the better choice. Maybe I`m just getting Lazy or Old or both? :shrug:

Hi TJ,
With the accuracy of myself standing on a bathroom scale holding an XS650 stock artillery wheel and then an XS650
stock deep groove aluminum rim wire wheel, the wire wheel is maybe an ounce lighter
And there's after-market XS650 wheels that may be heavier. Check recent posts to see a solid disc XS650 rear wheel.

Just curious, are you eliminating the alignment boss fit and just relying on the bolt holes for centering?

No. I added a 10mm thick ring to the original alignment boss and attached it in 6 places. When I checked the run-out it was less than 1.5 thousands. Actually a tighter fit than the original boss. :shrug:
