...first thing rode street bike 10 mile loop into town...
...next it was pouring rain, getting bored inside...
...a little colder and snow would be much better...
Editted 5 minutes later...pouring rain stopped and biggest snowflakes i ever seen coming down...
...still hope for today...
....now back to pouring rain...
...then it got nice enough for another hour ride...
Moabite, I am glad to see the GS is still running and of course the little yellow one is also keeping up in the snow. Did you actually shoot a wild turkey for Christmas? When I was a teenager my parents kept ducks and for Christmas we would all get a duck each. They were really delicious and the fat was better than butter. I like the before and after snow shots.
I'm hoping Moabite has just taken time out to paint the weld on his little yellow fun machine, or the weather has been so crappy like here in Wales that its been no fun to get out and explore.
Moabite, sometime ago you showed us the old Uranium mine tailings. Is this an ancient volcanic deposit? Does it pose a health issue to people in your local area? Where I live in the UK there is a risk from the buildup of Radon, from Uranium, in basements. New houses are required to have a membrane in the foundations/floor to trap and vent the radon gas.
