While I appreciate tips like these, I absolutely despise Partzilla. I bought a bunch of parts for the XS650 project, paid for expedited shipping, and 2 weeks later still didn't have my parts. So I looked into it. They held up the entire order over a stupid paper gasket, without telling me, and despite my paying for expedited shipping.

I get it. The part was backordered. That's not their fault. What should they have done? Contact me, and give me the option to modify the order. Refund my expedited shipping. Maybe even say "Sorry". Did they? Nope.

I wrote them an email voicing my concerns, and all I got was a cookie-cutter generic apology email.

Would be nice if they did this after Christmas.

I prefer partsfish, never had an order take longer than a week and a half with regular shipping. Bikebandit takes forever, took almost a month to get parts. 2wheelpros was in between. Partzilla had higher prices on the parts I needed so I haven't ordered from them.

Partzilla ships from GA so I get my parts in two days usually...
