What have you done to your XS today?

Come on, now, Steve! What is it really?

Well, ok, it's an attempt to solve a problem that doesn't exist, in a mind-bending complicated way.

2M, even I know you don't connect a DIY LED flasher unit to the points. Stop teasing!

Ooooooh, I like that!

Turn signals that flash in unison with the ignition.

Back in the '60s, a friend of mine wanted me to design a circuit that would listen to the music on his car radio, and have it move the windshield wipers in rhythm with the beat. An interesting idea. But, imagine having to play slow classics in a light rain, then switching over to hard rock-and-roll when it downpours...

You have lived a rich life 2M!

...E-Advance for points ?

Good one, Rudy. But, no.
Interesting idea tho'.

... I think you might have a ground clearance issue in left-hand sweepers....:lmao:

Oops! Maybe should duck-tape the thing atop the tank?

Haha, yes, there's more.

And, that pic is *not* terribly unusual.
Been immersed in rat's nests before.

Right now, the thing doesn't work, and is in tweak mode. This is my first experience with P-Channel Mosfets, a fun learning experience...

They make "cigarettes" to do that...

RE: #6911
It was clear enough to ride to breakfast at CJ. Sounded good, ran well. I'm hope as miles come so does the power. Not that it isn't there now, I just hope there is more as it bed's in. I was hoping to ride to my insurance office across town but, the rains returned.

So this connector came off when I removed my Vetter Quicksilver (shoulda been a tad more careful)

Is this needed to attach a factory style headlight? This wiring is giving me a headache just looking at it. This is on my 78’

Jayel  did many of the "factory" electrical diagrams as fairly hi-rez PNG files, they tend to scale up better than JPGs
