Getting ready to order some handlebars on mikesxs. Not sure if I want the european, superbike, or possibly the daytona bars. Pics would be great. Thanks.

Here are the pictures of my 75 xs, these are the Euro bars i bought off mikesxs. I love these bars. there the perfect size too. Riding my bike now, kinda feels like this:bike:

Haha. perfect little emoticon for that. Do you feel like you sit very far forward or is it a somewhat comfortable upright position? Good looking bike by the way.

Well i sit upright with my arms slitely bent, so, ya im pretty much up right. Im not to forward like drag bars and not way back as in crouse bars, but i do lean forward a bit. I find it comfortable. What postion are you looking for?

Thanks, its my first bike.

I have superbike bars on my tracker. It's on p 5 of the let's see the XS's thread. Scroll down to the blue job. That's "The Troublemaker".

The seating position is a slight lean forward which I like. I've used them on several bikes over the years.

I just put the european bar on, and they do keep you fairly upright. I would actually like to find a slight lower riser bar with even less pullback than those. I like being pulled forward a bit, but I'm not so hot on the look of a plain drag bar.

this is a picture of super bars from straight on, I love em. with stock pegs you'll lean slightly forward, the angles work great (rise, drop and pullback)

got them on my XS650 special, thought they would feel really odd when I 1st bought it but they really suit the bike

Anybody hear of a company called EMIG or maybe something similar that makes handlebars? I saw a really nice superbike bar by them but I don't know if I got the name right, and I can't find them online.

These handlebars (European):

Look like the attached pics.

I like 'em. I'm tallish (around 6'4") with gorilla arms, and a standard, so the ability to scoot forward or back along the flat seat depending on wind speed or agility requirements is nice - something i couldn't do with the American style pull-backs.

As a bonus, the commando pipe set from Mike's:

Which i can't express my happiness with. Awesome sound, awesome kit, came with *everything* needed.

The problem with handlebars is you don't know which bar is best for you until it is on the bike and you ride around a bit. Some bars are just about perfect if only they had a little more pull back or rise. I think Euro bars have a bit more pull back but are low.
