Have a couple of parts left for sale if anyone is interested. The cargo carrier and rear hoop. They are in pretty good condition. Just needs to be polished up. Make a reasonable offer. You pay for shipping or can be picked up in the Mid Missouri area.

Yep, I'm looking for a rear rack for my 77 standard. Not sure what fits what as far as racks. It doesn't look like what mailman and I were discussing. I don't know if an 82 would fit my 77?

thuban, your 77 standard frame has a grab handle directly behind the left-side shock mount. The grab handle will not allow this rack to be mounted.
Racks for grab-handle frames are distinctively asymmetrical and a little-funny-looking. The left side mounting area will look different from the right side mounting area.

Yep. A little tab looking ear. But I sawed my grab handle off to put my grab rail on. So, its the frame/ fender fitment that worries me. On mailman's rig, his turn signals are mounted to the "Ears" and back of the frame. Grab rails have their own signal mounts. So I can go back to the Ear frame mounts but some of the racks use stand-offs for attaching to the rear fender, some don't. That's all I know.

If the forward mounts of that carrier telescope back into the tubing it might work for a Standard.........might....lol.
Yep, Hahaha It looks adjustable. I found one on ebay that looks just like it for a 750. Cracked and not all there. The time it would take me to build one for the 77 and have it chromed, just not hardly worth it. But I may have to go that route. gggGary had/has an adjustable one for his back. Nice, but it's not my back i'm worried about.
Thanks, nj1639
Appreciate the input.
