Whats your weather right now?

I have Tomato and pepper plants to set out.
Yeah, me too. Glad I haven't planted yet. That's ice on the Pontiac.

Damn! I think I got a little down draft from up your way last nite, Jim. It was 38 this morning. It shouldn't be doing that, the "Bo-dark" leaves are big as a squirrels ear! ( That's what the old wives say)

Saskatoon's high today will be minus 2ºC. There's also 4" of new snow falling right now to replace the 3" I blew off my driveway & sidewalk yesterday.
Hopefully there's enough gas in the snowblower's tank to let it remove Nature's latest bounty without me having to drive to a gas station to refill my empty jerrycan. Been "self-isolating" since last October watching the snow keep falling. Gawd! I hate winter.

Only a matter of time Fred, staying light outside a lot later, and I saw Canada geese flying over the house when going in and out of the garage yesterday. They can't be dumb enough to come back with lot's of winter left.

Yesterdays weather
Snow storm:yikes: lasted about 2 minutes (white rain)

Hi rsor,
a Canada Goose's tiny brain is hardwired to fly North by the lengthening hours of daylight regardless of how cold or snowy the weather is.
One of my favorite signs of Spring is a Canada Goose's elegant splashdown turning into a groundloop as it's flippers hit a frozen pond.

I Cut That Lawn Last Weekend!

Just a few miles from the Sun Parlour of Canada, today is a bit of a set back. I cancelled taking wife's car in to have the summer shoes installed.
Probably be gone by noon tomorrow.

Cold and damp - around 1-2C (just above freezing - so about 34 deg. F). It is actually snowing outside right now.

Dammit.

43° and overcast, a high of 63° with a chance of rain expected.

Two slices of bread with peanut butter and a cup of coffee for breakfast.

Been working on the new bike on and off, as the weather, the headaches, and the hives allow. Ordered a couple brackets for the exhaust.

Don't know what the day will bring, but I'm sure I'll find something to get into.

Lower left corner of Canada has been having the best April in 100 years. Warm and sunny, perfect for riding. But covid has put the brakes on any motorcycle activity, at least for me. Roads are empty, but the risk of some dumbass not paying attention is still high, so I choose to avoid the trouble of ending up in the ER. I do not need to take up the time and resources of the doctors and nurses. So my 2 wheel activity is my mountain bike. Have some nice areas near me to go and ride for a couple of hours. If I fall off it is no big deal, scrapes and bruises, so what. See the pics from Mailman, Machine and others and I am tempted to fire up the 650, but no. Give it a few more weeks yet.

Finally a nice day in the lower middle of Canada - it is a bright sunny day, about 15C (around 60 deg. F) but it feels much warmer as I have been mowing and raking - 8 bags so far. The birdies are chirping and I’m sitting out on the deck with Millie the dog and a BEvERage.

Similar to Kiwi - little or no biking for me so far.
