is the 80-84 exhaust much different then the 77?

I am not seeing much but Mikes has these...

I'd stick with a two into two. You'll be playing with the carbs an awful lot going in that direction.......but, it's your bike, time and money.

I like the look and weight loss? I have time and look forward to doing some tinkering doing some rejetting and/or needle adjustment....

I dont see any 2-1 around, Mikes only has them for later models seems

I've a gently used 2 into one, if I remember correctly its an old alphabet exhaust. If you have interest, pm me. I can't seem to find photo right now, will post new photo and pipe id in the morning.

I'm out of town for a few days, but this exhaust was purchased long ago, if memory serves, it is Alphabet Header. Never used on street, was installed before bike went into 30 year storage, engine has been run with this exhaust so some discoloration and minor pitting in chrome.

have a look at delkevic exhausts ,they are stainless,headers and mufflers ,have 1 on my bike and very/very happy with both performance/price and sound

Oddly enough, I am using the headers from this kit (thanks again) but trying to sell the pipe and 2 into 1 collector. Every time I google this kit, I just find my own posts and this transaction!
