Hey guys so I was adjusting the tang on my sidestand today so it would butt up against the rubber bumper on the frame when up, and I noticed these black paint drips. Has anyone ever seen something like this???
I’m trying to decipher if it was a previous owner who sprayed it which I highly doubt it or just a lack of quality control thing back in 1975. If there was even QC back then

yeah, mine too. Britbikes are worse. They painted the frames by dipping them in a tank of enamel and letting them drip-dry.
