Drive sprocket play

Hey all. Was was replacing my clutch shaft seal and bearing and noticed the drive gear has a bit of a wobble. I've never ridden this bike, still in the process of getting it fixed up. But is this amount of play normal. Nut seems tight.
 
No. That's not OK. That is the sign of a hefty oil leak right there. I believe torque on that nut should be 50 ft lbs. Torque it and see if the wobble is cleared up. You might get lucky. You should get yourself a 36 mm socket for that if you're keeping this bike.
