insert baffles

im running no mufflers on my 72 like the way it looks and sounds but the cops dont like the nosie!! wondering if anyone knows where i can get insert baffles for it to quite it down alittle bit. i think the head pipes are 1.25" but the smallest inserts i can find are 1.5" another ? if i lengthen my pipes will that make a differance loder or quieter??

No muffler = NOISE .
Taper tip mufflers are not too bad , still good note and they are not big .

make your own glass pack is my suggestion, if you want to stick with the shorties.

will give you a nice throaty loud sound, and keep the cops off you, 'cause you *are* running "mufflers". Cheaper, too.
